The state will welcome illegal aliens that are seeking protection from federal authorities. But this may not work out as Gov. Jerry Brown intended. The acting director for Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE), Thomas Homan, said something on the topic when asked about Brown’s move to defy the President’s tough stance on immigration, and Governor “Moonbeam” isn’t going to be happy about it. Homan said that Brown needs to hang on tight because the federal government isn’t going to let California’s governor dictate the federal law.
